Violet is staying with me on her spring break. Each time my granddaughter visits we always paint together. She had been very annoyed because someone took a painting that she did on a wooden skate board deck out of her art class. She had worked so hard on it and she was bummed. So she decided to paint another, but this time on a larger piece of wood. After she finished painting this piece she felt that it actually all worked out in the end because she likes this one better. She also discovered a new color. She mixed Winsor Violet with Hookers Green made this beautiful teal color. We’ve name the color, Violet’s Teal. I’m inspired by her creativity.
